The brand’s expansion has successfully penetrated new markets including Lake County, Illinois; Killeen, Texas; and Fort Wayne, Indiana. This growth is anchored by the "50-50-50" initiative, a program designed to attract new franchise partners by offering up to $50,000 in savings through reduced fees and royalties. CEO Ashley Morris noted that the midyear results validate the company's commitment to quality and consistency, serving as a springboard for the remainder of the year.

Beyond physical expansion, the company continues to gain industry recognition. Capriotti’s recently secured the 12th position on the Fast Casual Top 100 Movers & Shakers list, marking its sixth consecutive appearance. Additionally, Vice President of Marketing Tamara Stanley earned a spot among the publication’s top 30 restaurant marketing executives. These accolades arrive as the brand prepares for the second half of 2026, leveraging internal leadership summits to align operators with its aggressive development goals.
