At 13 years old, Aaron Lomas is transforming his athletic ambitions into a community mission. On August 1, 2026, his organization, Baby G.O.A.T. Athletics, will host a scholarship event at Franklin D. Roosevelt Park to provide football cleats, school supplies, and professional training to underserved youth in South Los Angeles.
Lomas, an AAU National Champion quarterback for the Downey Razorbacks, launched his philanthropic work in 2019. His approach draws praise from figures like Dr. Edward Robillard, president of the Inner City Visions board, who notes that the young athlete is proving age is no barrier to effective leadership. By blending sports mentorship with essential educational resources, Lomas intends to establish this scholarship giveaway as an annual tradition that bridges the gap between athletic participation and classroom success.
