ICF Secures $25 Million Army Research Lab Cyber Contract
The U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command has tapped ICF for a five-year, $25 million subcontract to bolster tactical network resilience. Working alongside Parsons Corporation, the firm will deploy artificial intelligence and network science to support the Army Research Laboratory’s mission-critical field operations and cybersecurity infrastructure.
Jennifer Welham, senior vice president at ICF, noted that the partnership focuses on maintaining an edge against evolving threats. This contract extends a nearly thirty-year relationship between the firm and the Army Research Laboratory. As a Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification Level 2 vendor, ICF is positioned to meet the rigorous federal standards required for these defense-focused digital modernization projects.
