Westin Acquisition to Take First Choice Healthcare Solutions Public

First Choice Healthcare Solutions specializes in the development and operation of clinics centered on functional health, longevity, and regenerative medicine. By merging with Westin Acquisition, a special purpose acquisition company that launched its initial public offering last July, the provider gains a direct path to equity financing.

The transaction is scheduled to close in the fourth quarter. Upon completion, the new entity, Wellgevity 360, will trade on the Nasdaq, marking a significant expansion for the clinic operator's business model.
