SpeedBuilder Systems Unveils FormMaker 2.0 for Insurance Automation

Maintaining insurance forms has long been a bottleneck, burdened by shifting state regulations and the high cost of frequent product updates. FormMaker 2.0 addresses this by allowing users to edit and maintain policy documents without needing software developers. This shift aims to reduce implementation costs and accelerate the turnaround time for essential documentation.

Rod Giess, president and founder of SpeedBuilder Systems, emphasized that the update is about restoring agility to carriers. The software features a redesigned interface, improved search capabilities, and more flexible PDF generation. By keeping document creation within the familiar Microsoft Word environment, the company hopes to free up IT teams to focus on strategic initiatives rather than routine form maintenance. The release aligns with the firm’s broader BindExpress Suite, which provides a range of tools for policy administration, rating, and underwriting for small to medium-sized property and casualty carriers.
