SageÉlan Network Expands Digital Health Portfolio with Medloopa and TrialEntra

Medloopa serves as a consumer-focused care coordination hub, allowing individuals to track appointments, medications, visit notes, and household care tasks in a single private environment. By consolidating these details, the platform aims to reduce the administrative burden often associated with managing health across multiple providers. Complementing this, TrialEntra functions as an educational and discovery portal managed by the SageÉlan Foundation. It aggregates publicly available trial registry data to help patients and caregivers navigate eligibility criteria and understand the clinical research landscape.

Founder and CEO Miriam Schwarz noted that these tools address the growing need for clarity in daily health management. The platforms join an existing suite of resources, including the wellbeing-focused happyactually and the insight-driven Hapmetry. According to the company, these additions represent a strategic effort to bridge the gap between immediate care coordination and long-term health navigation. SageÉlan plans to continue developing further resources to support wellbeing and medical innovation, reinforcing its commitment to building practical, accessible infrastructure for patients and families.
