FerebeeLane Named 2026 Southeast Small Agency of the Year by Ad Age

Greenville-based FerebeeLane has secured the Ad Age 2026 Southeast Small Agency of the Year title, marking the first time a firm from the South Carolina city has claimed the honor. The award highlights the independent agency’s distinct approach to luxury brand strategy and its rapid financial expansion over the past year.

FerebeeLane Named 2026 Southeast Small Agency of the Year by Ad Age

Founded in 2005 by Matt Ferebee and Josh Lane, the agency has built its reputation by prioritizing customer experience over traditional communications. This philosophy has recently drawn high-profile clients, including a selection by Marriott International to support its global luxury portfolio. Co-founder Matt Ferebee attributes the firm's success to a consistent focus on how brands are experienced across every consumer touchpoint rather than just marketing messaging.

The agency’s performance metrics underscore its recent trajectory. During 2025, FerebeeLane saw top-line billings jump 88% compared to the previous year. This growth included 5 million dollars in new business acquisitions and an additional 3 million dollars generated through organic expansion with existing partners. Josh Lane noted that the recognition validates their long-term strategy of prioritizing specialized expertise and reputation over massive scale, allowing the firm to compete for global projects from its Greenville headquarters.
