The transaction marks a significant exit for the North Haven-based developer, which was backed by Crosstimbers Capital Group. Since its founding in 2019, ARX focused on navigating restrictive zoning environments to build out strategic sites. The portfolio includes key lease agreements with major carriers, specifically AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile, providing the new owner with an established revenue stream alongside the development pipeline.

ARX Wireless Sells Tower Portfolio to Digital Infrastructure Operator
Thirty communications towers, including 13 currently on-air sites and 17 in development, have changed hands as ARX Wireless Infrastructure offloaded its portfolio. The deal, brokered by Brown Gibbons Lang & Company, consolidates assets spread across 11 U.S. states, with a heavy concentration in the Northeast.

With approximately 70% of the sites situated in the Northeastern United States, the acquisition allows the buyer to capture high-demand areas where wireless infrastructure expansion is often limited by local regulations. BGL’s digital infrastructure team managed the sale, leveraging its expertise in tower development and stealth installation solutions to finalize the agreement.
