Xryma Plans Euronext Paris Listing via Pre-Listing Liquidity Facility

Nicosia-based Xryma Plc intends to reapply for an Euronext Paris listing within the next twelve months, launching a pre-listing liquidity facility to help existing shareholders exit their positions before the potential market debut. The process includes a private placement to institutional investors alongside a secondary market offer for current holders.

Xryma Plans Euronext Paris Listing via Pre-Listing Liquidity Facility

The initiative aims to provide an orderly exit for shareholders who wish to avoid the complexities of opening an EU brokerage account. By conducting a bookbuild with qualified and institutional investors, Xryma intends to establish a market-validated reference price for its shares. Shareholders participating in this process will be able to sell their holdings at the same price as these professional investors, minus applicable fees.

CEO Nikogiannis Karantzis stated that the structure is designed to be large enough to secure a credible reference price while limiting dilution. To facilitate this, the company will mail instructions to shareholders in August 2026. Participants may set a floor price for their shares, though partial fulfillment remains possible depending on demand. Major shareholders, including SCP Select All Enterprise and SCP Red 5 Solutions, will not participate and remain under lock-up arrangements. The entire program is voluntary, and the company notes that regulatory approval for the eventual Euronext admission is not guaranteed.
