AG&P Industrial Breaks Ground on 85-Hectare Fabrication Yard in Batangas

The groundbreaking ceremony held on July 24, 2026, marks a pivotal shift for the company, which is transitioning operations from its long-standing Bauan facility to this new, purpose-built site. By moving to San Pascual, AG&P Industrial intends to integrate its proprietary Modstruction™ system on a larger scale, shifting labor-intensive field construction into a controlled, high-precision environment. This strategy is intended to accelerate project timelines and reduce costs for international clients.

Equipped with a dedicated wharf and specialized load-out capabilities, the yard aims to support capital-intensive projects that require heavy modular assembly. CEO Alex Gamboa stated that the facility provides the capacity to execute over half-billion-dollar projects annually. The company expects the fabrication lines to be ready by late 2026, with full quayside operations following in the fourth quarter of 2027.
