Redox and Lapsi Health Partner to Embed AI Tools into EHR Workflows

Clinicians often struggle with fragmented digital systems that force them away from patient charts to access AI insights. To bridge this gap, Redox and Lapsi Health are launching a collaboration to integrate the Keikku clinical platform directly into existing electronic health record infrastructures, aiming to streamline documentation and diagnostics.

The partnership leverages Redox’s extensive connectivity network, which spans over 12,000 healthcare organizations and 100 different EHR systems. By utilizing this infrastructure, Lapsi Health aims to deploy its Keikku platform—a suite encompassing AI-powered documentation, clinical reference, and diagnostic support—without the lengthy implementation cycles that typically hinder new technology adoption in hospital settings.

Rodrigo Alvez, CTO of Lapsi Health, emphasized that the industry suffers from a surplus of isolated tools, noting that teams require solutions that operate naturally within established routines. The integration allows Keikku to function as either a software-only interface or alongside specialized hardware designed for ambient clinical audio capture and auscultation. According to Rachel Witalec, Chief Product Officer at Redox, the core objective is to provide a stable data layer that removes the technical burden of custom integrations, allowing clinicians to access evidence-based insights without interrupting their primary workflow.
