Hunt Brothers Pizza Adds Sweet Heat with Mike’s Hot Honey Launch

Starting July 27, participating locations across 16 states will serve the new recipe, which features 50% more pepperoni than the brand's standard offering. Each pizza is finished with a post-bake application of Mike’s Hot Honey, balancing the savory, part-skim mozzarella and Just Rite Spice seasoning with the signature floral heat of the honey. Robinson Hunt, representing the family-owned company, noted that the collaboration targets both customer interest and store-level engagement, providing operators with a high-visibility product to drive foot traffic. The pizza is currently rolling out in states including Tennessee, Texas, Alabama, and Pennsylvania, with availability contingent on local supplies. As the largest branded pizza program in the convenience store sector, Hunt Brothers operates over 11,000 locations nationwide without charging franchise or royalty fees, positioning this rollout as a strategic move to maintain its footprint in the competitive quick-service market.
