InstaMed Appoints Tracy Gibbs as CEO Ahead of Peptide Platform Launch

Gibbs, a specialist in nutrient absorption and biochemical delivery, takes the helm of the 14-month-old startup as it seeks to replace traditional injectable peptides with an oral mucosal strip platform. The technology is engineered to bypass gastrointestinal degradation, offering a shelf-stable alternative for patients seeking metabolic, cognitive, and recovery-focused treatments without the barriers of refrigeration or needles.

On August 3, 2026, the company will roll out a suite of products including the metabolic-focused Ultratrutide and KLOW, alongside DSIP for sleep, MOTS-c for cellular energy, and the cognitive-enhancing Semax and Selank. This expansion follows a period of rapid commercial growth, with the company reporting a consistent 18–20% month-over-month increase in adoption. As the firm looks beyond its current portfolio, it is actively developing international distribution channels across Southeast Asia, Latin America, and the Middle East to support its next-generation metabolic therapeutics.
