Lowcountry Male and Aqua Vitae expand into Florida

Ten years after launching its first wellness center, the Lowcountry Male and Aqua Vitae network is expanding into Florida. The company officially acquired the Alpha Clinic of Jacksonville, marking its tenth location and establishing a new footprint for its specialized hormone optimization and preventative healthcare services in the Southeast.

The transition at 3545 St. Johns Bluff Road South integrates the existing Jacksonville facility into a broader regional network. While the branding will shift to align with the parent company, founder and CEO Michael Twilley emphasized that the clinic will maintain the patient-focused approach established by former leader Christina Feliciano. The goal is to provide a seamless continuity of care while introducing a wider array of diagnostic tools to the local patient base.

Patients at the Jacksonville site will now have access to comprehensive testing that evaluates over 150 biomarkers, alongside specialized programs for medical weight loss, peptide therapy, and thyroid management. This expansion follows a decade of steady growth for the brand, which already operates clinics across South Carolina and Georgia. Existing clients at the Jacksonville location are expected to receive updated scheduling and service information over the coming weeks as the integration proceeds.
