Quannah Partners and LaSalle Sell Houston Industrial Facility

A 183,301-square-foot industrial facility in Houston’s northwest corridor has changed hands, marking a successful exit for developers Quannah Partners and LaSalle Investment Management. The Class A property, known as 290 Crossroads Commerce Center, was sold to a user-operator shortly after its June 2026 completion.

The project’s path to sale defied standard speculative development cycles. By securing the buyer early in the construction phase, the team tailored the facility’s design to specific operational requirements. This flexibility proved critical in the competitive northwest industrial market, where demand for modern, high-efficiency logistics space remains elevated.

Doug Wiley, CEO of Quannah Partners, credited the outcome to the firm’s ability to source and execute on industrial investments while adapting to evolving user needs. Jeff Shuster, President of LaSalle Value Partners, echoed this sentiment, noting that the collaboration underscored the depth of the market for high-growth logistics assets. The facility now provides the buyer with strategic access to major regional transportation infrastructure, reinforcing the developers' focus on well-located, institutional-grade real estate across Texas and Colorado.
