The partnership targets the operational bottleneck of manual data entry and platform switching, which historically forced logistics operators to toggle between multiple systems to secure space. By embedding the Freightos network into FreightSuite’s agentic architecture, the system can now execute bookings in seconds rather than hours or days. According to FreightSuite co-founder Sam Moore, this automation has already driven a 40% increase in operator volume for some users, while securing net margin improvements between 3% and 8%.

Freightos Integrates Air Cargo Booking into FreightSuite AI Platform
Freight forwarders can now access real-time air cargo booking directly within the FreightSuite transportation management system, as Freightos expands its digital infrastructure. The integration allows the AI-native platform to autonomously pull live capacity and pricing from over 75 airlines, effectively bypassing manual carrier portal navigation.

For enterprise-level forwarders, the integration functions as an intelligence layer that removes the need to manually manage rate quotes. Pablo Pinillos, CEO of Freightos, noted that embedding market connectivity into primary logistics software is a critical requirement for modern supply chains. The move aims to decouple revenue growth from headcount growth, allowing logistics providers to scale operations without the friction of traditional, manual execution workflows.
