Comedian and podcast host Heather McMahan will anchor the event, which features a roster of executives from the sports, luxury, and hospitality sectors. Formula 1 CEO Stefano Domenicali and Liberty Media Corporation CEO Derek Chang are scheduled to deliver remarks on the sport's global momentum. The program shifts from high-level corporate strategy to sector-specific panels, including an examination of how regional markets influence race promotion and the increasingly blurred lines between elite racing and the fashion industry.

Industry leaders such as John Slusher of U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Properties and Maggie Timoney of HEINEKEN USA will lead discussions on experiential partnerships. The event also brings together race promoters from Silverstone, the Australian Grand Prix, and the Circuit of the Americas to evaluate the complexities of managing global circuits. Tickets are currently available, with a $550 summit-only entry and a $2,500 VIP package that includes trackside access and Paddock Club tours. Organizers also confirmed a commitment to local education, pledging to donate a portion of ticket proceeds to Nevada university students to facilitate networking with industry speakers.
