With over $30 billion in transaction experience, industry veteran Robin Kim has joined Withum Capital as managing director of investment banking. Based in Orange County, Kim will spearhead the firm’s strategy for middle-market mergers, acquisitions, and corporate finance, targeting a sector increasingly defined by complex succession and growth challenges.
Jim Bourke, managing director of advisory services at Withum, noted that the hire addresses a growing demand for integrated support as middle-market owners navigate critical lifecycle decisions.
