The new partnership centers on the implementation of Insights Analytics, a proprietary platform designed to provide facility leadership with real-time oversight of staffing levels and chronic care schedules. By integrating data-driven clinical audits, the company aims to align jail operations with National Commission on Correctional Health Care and American Correctional Association standards.

Sheriff Brown emphasized that the move prioritizes taxpayer protection and operational transparency, citing the need for a partner capable of managing rising off-site medical costs. Armor Health CEO Otto Campo stated that the company’s clinical workflows and electronic record auditing are intended to elevate the standard of care for detainees. This contract follows over two decades of operation for the firm, which leverages predictive modeling and AI-driven clinical tools to manage risk within detention facilities.
