Adjusted earnings reached $1.05 per share, clearing the $1 per share mark anticipated by FactSet analysts. Revenue also outperformed projections of $3.61 billion. Chief Executive Rick Wallace attributes this momentum to the increasing complexity of leading-edge designs in foundry, logic, and memory sectors. As manufacturers demand higher performance specifications, KLA’s portfolio in advanced packaging is capturing significant new opportunities.

Looking ahead, the company projects revenue between $3.8 billion and $4.2 billion for the current quarter, with adjusted earnings per share expected to land between $1.06 and $1.26. Despite the positive outlook and a stock price that has more than doubled over the past year, shares fell approximately 8.2% to $175.10 in after-hours trading.
