Cohen & Steers Opportunity Fund Details July Distribution Sources

The July distribution consists of $0.0317 per share from net investment income and $0.0553 per share from net realized long-term capital gains, accounting for roughly 36% and 64% of the total payment, respectively. For the fiscal year-to-date, the fund has maintained a similar composition, with long-term capital gains representing nearly 65% of total distributions. The fund’s managed distribution policy, implemented in December 2021, aims to provide shareholders with regular monthly payments by leveraging flexibility in realizing capital gains throughout the year.

Management emphasizes that these figures remain estimates. Final tax characteristics for the 2026 calendar year will not be determined until after the reporting period concludes, at which point shareholders will receive Form 1099-DIV. Performance data through June 30, 2026, shows a year-to-date cumulative total return of 7.65% based on net asset value. Investors are cautioned that distribution sources and amounts are subject to change based on market conditions and portfolio performance, and these notices should not be used as the basis for tax preparation.
