Flex Names Leadership Teams Ahead of Cloud and Power Infrastructure Spin-Off

The appointments solidify the organizational structure for the two future companies, building on the previously announced CEOs, Revathi Advaithi for SpinCo and Michael Hartung for Flex. Advaithi, who will also serve as a transitional non-executive chair for Flex, noted that the move reflects the shifting demands of AI infrastructure, which requires specialized focus on power and scaling solutions.

SpinCo’s leadership team includes CFO Kevin Krumm, who will transition from his current role at Flex, and board chair Bill Watkins. The executive suite is rounded out by Chief Commercial Officer Rob Campbell, COO Hooi Tan, and Chief Technology & Strategy Officer Chris Butler, alongside presidents for the embedded and critical power divisions, Mattias Jansson and Todd Hoover.

Flex, under Hartung’s leadership, will maintain its focus on manufacturing and supply chain solutions with an executive team featuring COO Rodrigo DallOglio and Chief Business Transformation Officer Ivan Brockman. The company has initiated a search for a permanent successor to Krumm, who will remain in his post through the transaction’s completion. These personnel changes arrive as both entities position themselves to capture growth in data center deployment and regulated manufacturing.
