Executive Chairman Ari Sussman characterized the move as a pivotal step in the company’s evolution, intended to align its capital markets presence with its growing operational footprint. The company, which specializes in gold, silver, copper, and tungsten, expects the shift to enhance its overall visibility within the competitive U.S. investment landscape.

The final day for trading on the NYSE American is set for Aug. 10, with Nasdaq operations commencing the following morning under the existing CNL ticker symbol. While the firm recently moved its executive base to Florida, its jurisdiction of incorporation remains in Canada and its listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange will continue without interruption.
