Poddle AI Deploys Adversarial Agents to Pressure-Test Corporate Strategy

Most leaders make high-stakes decisions with too little dissent and too much consensus,” says Oludotun Akinbobola, founder of Berlin-based Poddle AI. His new platform moves beyond passive assistance, deploying an adversarial multi-agent system designed to dismantle executive assumptions and force critical debate before major capital or structural commitments occur.

The platform functions through a panel of specialized agents—including a Risk Analyst, Financial Strategist, and a designated Devil’s Advocate—that debate user inputs from competing perspectives. By highlighting conflict zones and blind spots, the architecture aims to replace agreement-seeking workflows with rigorous scrutiny. Users interact through three distinct spaces: a collaborative AI chat, a private team discussion area, and a War Room that synthesizes debates into a Decision Health Score and board-ready documentation.

Beyond individual consultations, the system tracks a user’s Bias Fingerprint and risk tolerance across multiple sessions to build a continuous intelligence record. Currently targeting founders, executives, and strategy consultants, the tool is accessible via browser and a Chrome extension, Poddle AI Lens, which allows for real-time analysis of live web contexts. Akinbobola emphasizes that the product’s value lies in its refusal to offer simple validation, instead forcing decision-makers to confront the weak points in their logic before reaching the boardroom.
