Andy Walburger Takes the Helm at NAREIM
With over 25 years of experience bridging institutional investment management and executive networking, Andy Walburger has been named the new CEO of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Managers. He steps into the role on August 17, succeeding Reesa Fischer, who oversaw a period of significant membership growth.

Kristin Renaudin, Chair of the NAREIM Board of Directors, noted that Walburger’s track record in building executive networks aligns with the organization's mission to address industry challenges. The transition follows a search conducted by Ferguson Partners. As Walburger prepares to lead the association, he inherits a foundation strengthened by Fischer, who expanded the group's educational programming and operational reach during her tenure.
