Andy Walburger Takes the Helm at NAREIM

Walburger joins the association after holding senior commercial roles at industry-standard platforms including Green Street, Juniper Square, and Ten-X. His background is rooted in supporting the strategic priorities of investment managers, a focus the organization intends to maintain as it facilitates high-level peer exchanges. Beyond his corporate work, he co-founded Stanford Professionals in Real Estate, an initiative that solidified his reputation for fostering collaborative forums.

Kristin Renaudin, Chair of the NAREIM Board of Directors, noted that Walburger’s track record in building executive networks aligns with the organization's mission to address industry challenges. The transition follows a search conducted by Ferguson Partners. As Walburger prepares to lead the association, he inherits a foundation strengthened by Fischer, who expanded the group's educational programming and operational reach during her tenure.
