Dossier Perfumes Taps Industry Veteran Stefano Curti as Chairman
Stefano Curti, a former Global Chief Brands Officer at Coty and longtime Johnson & Johnson executive, has been named Executive Chairman of the Board at Dossier Perfumes. The appointment marks a strategic shift for the fragrance brand as it scales operations following its acquisition by American Pacific Group earlier this year.

CEO Sergio Tache described the addition as a turning point for the company, citing a need for seasoned leadership as the brand matures. Founded in 2019, the perfume house has recently gained traction for its accessible pricing model and industry accolades, including a win at the 2026 Cosmoprof North America awards for its Lost Americana scent. With over a million orders shipped, the company now looks to leverage Curti’s experience in the consumer packaged goods sector to navigate its next phase of expansion.
