Subsplash Introduces Kanban-Style Workflows for Church Management

Church staff often struggle to balance logistical coordination with their primary mission of ministry. Previously, processes like event preparation or baptism tracking were scattered across disparate systems. The new tool addresses this by anchoring administrative tasks directly to existing engagement profiles within the Subsplash platform.

The interface utilizes a drag-and-drop board, allowing users to build processes from scratch or leverage an AI generator that constructs checklists, assignees, and deadlines in seconds. Automations ensure that when a digital form is submitted, a new task is created, and subsequent follow-up emails are sent without manual intervention. Megan Hinesley, Next Generation Director at Catalyst Church, noted that the system has successfully reduced administrative pressure, enabling her team to prioritize direct human connection.

Because the tool shares data with the broader Subsplash ecosystem, staff can access a person's engagement history without switching between applications. The platform is currently available to all organizations utilizing Subsplash One.
