The financing serves as a catalyst for Entera Bio's lead candidate, EB613, an oral PTH (1-34) tablet currently targeting osteoporosis treatment. By securing these funds, the company has fully backed its upcoming Phase 3 registrational studies. According to data from Arx Capital Markets, the deal also ranks as the ninth-largest PIPE transaction across all Israeli industries.

Entera Bio Secures $275 Million in Landmark Israeli Biotech PIPE
With $275 million raised in an oversubscribed private placement, Entera Bio has set a record for the largest publicly disclosed Israeli biotech PIPE transaction to date. The capital injection provides the company with the financial runway needed to advance its oral peptide program through 2030.

A global legal team from Greenberg Traurig steered the transaction. The effort was led by Miami-based Corporate Practice Co-Chair Drew M. Altman and Shareholder Sami B. Ghneim, with support from Associate Angel A. Marcial and Tel-Aviv Managing Shareholder Joey T. Shabot. This capital infusion arrives as the company shifts its focus toward late-stage clinical development.
