The company posted a GAAP operating income of $185 million, representing 27 percent of total revenues, while non-GAAP operating income reached $260 million. Security subscription revenues served as a primary driver, climbing 12 percent to $333 million. Remaining Performance Obligations, a key indicator of future contracted revenue, grew 7 percent to reach $2.6 billion.

CEO Nadav Zafrir characterized the results as aligned with company expectations, noting that the firm is actively expanding sales capacity. The organization is currently pushing its new Network AI Firewall and AI Defense plane, betting that enterprise demand for automated protection against AI-driven threats will sustain long-term growth. To support this trajectory, the company utilized a portion of its $4.2 billion in cash and marketable securities to buy back approximately 2.5 million shares for $325 million during the quarter.
