From the NFL to Robinhood, a diverse roster of enterprise leaders is reshaping how corporations manage risk through artificial intelligence. LogicGate unveiled its 2026 Agility Award recipients this week at its customer summits in Chicago and London, highlighting professionals who are successfully transitioning from manual oversight to automated governance.

The awards spotlight those integrating AI into governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) frameworks to gain a strategic edge. Among the individual honors, Ryan Jones of NexBank, Shelley Heinen of Kroger & 84.51, and Toby Younghusband-Francis of AngloAmerican were recognized as GRC Champions for their roles in fostering organizational resilience. Other notable individual winners include Shondell Gonzalez of the National Football League and Jennifer Ware of NBCUniversal, who earned the Catalyst award for driving platform adoption.

In a shift toward emerging technology, the company introduced the AI GRC Innovator of the Year title. Arjun Dilip Kumar from Robinhood and Gregory Klas of Bolt secured these inaugural honors, marking their contributions to the design and implementation of AI-integrated risk workflows. Organizational recognition followed a similar theme, with Bolt also receiving the AI Disruptor of the Year award for its efforts in replacing legacy manual processes with autonomous governance systems. Rounding out the partner categories, Crowe and Risk Rising were named Channel Partners of the Year for their ongoing support in scaling these complex GRC programs across global enterprises.
