The bank’s performance was driven by a 10% growth in net interest income, which reached $11.06 million for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. CEO Ivo Tjan attributed these results to a resilient, relationship-focused business model and disciplined management of assets and liabilities. The firm successfully grew non-interest-bearing deposits by 17% year-over-year, bolstering its funding base while maintaining a clean balance sheet free of Federal Reserve or Federal Home Loan Bank borrowings.

While the bank maintains a conservative stance on credit quality, total assets saw a modest 1% rise to $1.19 billion. The institution’s capital ratios remain robust, with a total risk-based capital ratio of 17.71%, keeping it well above regulatory requirements for a well-capitalized bank. Looking ahead, management intends to continue its focus on operational excellence and prudent capital allocation to navigate ongoing economic volatility.
