Freeform Future Corp. Wins DIU Contract to Accelerate Space Manufacturing
The Department of War Innovation Unit has tapped Los Angeles-based Freeform Future Corp. to lead its Adaptive Space Manufacturing and Integration at Scale project. The agreement tasks the firm with deploying its AI-native platform to produce flight-qualified space hardware, aiming to replace slow, legacy supply chains with rapid, high-volume production.

CEO Erik Palitsch noted that the firm’s manufacturing systems were engineered to provide commercial-grade output for demanding defense applications, moving at speeds the legacy industry has yet to achieve.
