IDMEXPRESS pivots to AI security with PulseAI and NHIDM platforms

As autonomous bots and machine workloads proliferate, the traditional focus on human credentials is no longer enough to secure the modern enterprise. Clark-based IDMEXPRESS is responding to this shift by launching IDMEXPRESS.AI, a dedicated division designed to govern the non-human identities now driving business operations.

IDMEXPRESS pivots to AI security with PulseAI and NHIDM platforms

The expansion introduces two core platforms: PulseAI and NHIDM. PulseAI offers real-time policy enforcement and monitoring specifically for AI agents, while NHIDM targets the discovery and risk-scoring of machine identities and APIs. These tools aim to mitigate the growing attack surface created by autonomous systems that often operate outside standard governance protocols.

Founder and CEO Amit Masand noted that the company’s strategy now encompasses every digital identity, including those belonging to non-human actors. To accelerate adoption, the firm is offering complimentary non-human identity assessments. Organizations can integrate these new tools through a unified pricing model, with managed services subscriptions starting at $10,000 or via a flexible "bucket of hours" program covering IAM, PAM, and AI security services.
