Lou Malnati's Brings Chicago Beef-Za to Nationwide Shipping

The pizza, developed in partnership with the "Sandwich King" himself, features Mauro Provisions Italian Beef made from Certified Angus Beef. It is layered with Lou Malnati’s signature sausage blend, vine-ripened tomatoes, and Wisconsin mozzarella, all anchored by the pizzeria’s famous buttery crust. A standout component is the Honey G Pepper Relish, which uses medium craft giardiniera and Grade A honey to provide a balance of crunch and heat.

First launched in May during Italian Beef Month, the recipe quickly gained traction among local diners. According to owner Marc Malnati, the decision to expand distribution follows the positive reception at the brand's physical locations. Customers can order the pies as small deep-dish versions, which are handmade, flash-frozen to preserve ingredient quality, and shipped ready for home baking. Beyond the pizza, Mauro Provisions is also making its signature giardiniera and pepper relish available for separate purchase through the same platform.
