Robo.ai Names Dr. Jasem Al-Mansory CEO of Abu Dhabi-Based Alif Holding

With the appointment of Dr. Jasem Ibrahim Mansour Al-Mansory as Chief Executive Officer of Alif Holding, Robo.ai has finalized the core leadership team for its new Abu Dhabi-based industrial technology subsidiary. The move formalizes the governance structure for a group aimed at integrating AI systems across critical regional sectors.

Alif Holding is positioned to operate across two primary platforms: intelligent software and intelligent equipment. The firm intends to manufacture and deploy AI-driven systems for the energy, oil and gas, public safety, and smart city sectors. Reporting to the Board of Directors, Dr. Al-Mansory will oversee daily operations and manage the company’s expansion from its headquarters in the UAE.

Strategic oversight will be provided by H.E. Dr. Ahmed Naser Al-Raisi, the former President of INTERPOL, who serves as Chairman. The company has emphasized a strategy of prioritizing local leadership to foster domestic industrial capabilities. Dr. Al-Mansory brings over 30 years of experience from the UAE Ministry of Interior, where he retired as a Brigadier after serving as Deputy Inspector General. He holds a PhD in Human Resource Management from the University of Southampton and has academic credentials in digital transformation and AI applications.

Dr. Al-Mansory stated that his initial focus is to assemble a UAE-based management team, establish robust governance, and scale the company’s manufacturing capacity to reach global markets. Alif Holding operates as a subsidiary of the NASDAQ-listed Robo.ai Inc., which is currently building an AI-focused machine economy platform.
