Lee arrives at Sun Life following a 20-year tenure at GE Capital, where she held leadership roles across Canada, the United States, and Asia. As President and CEO of GE Capital Canada between 2010 and 2015, she managed the firm through a significant period of corporate restructuring. Her earlier career included managing M&A for GE Capital’s Pension Fund Advisory Services and overseeing regional expansion for GE Capital Real Estate in Seoul and Tokyo.
