First Horizon Retains Newsweek Workplace Honors for Second Year

The financial services designation stems from a comprehensive review process involving over 220,000 employee assessments collected between April and October 2025. This ranking evaluates companies on ten distinct dimensions of associate satisfaction, measuring how organizations navigate the pressures of artificial intelligence and shifting market demands while maintaining staff morale.

Simultaneously, the award for America’s Greatest Workplaces for Women utilized a nationwide survey of more than 89,000 female employees. Conducted by Plant-A Insights Group and HR analytics firm Analine, the study analyzed 37 million data points across 120 key performance indicators, with a heavy emphasis on gender equality, fairness, and workplace inclusion.

Tanya Hart, senior executive vice president and chief human resources officer, attributed these results to the bank's intentional cultural development. With $84.4 billion in assets as of June 30, 2026, the regional firm continues to operate its banking subsidiary across 12 states in the southern United States.
