Barton, operating from Colorado, takes charge of the bank’s Community West Region. Her territory spans Kansas, Oklahoma, Nebraska, Wyoming, Minnesota, Idaho, and the Dakotas. She arrives with over 25 years of financial sector experience, most recently serving as Market President at BMO, where she managed a substantial multi-state branch network. Sanchez noted that her operational discipline is expected to be a primary driver for the bank’s growth strategy in these specific markets.

Thompson assumes leadership of the Northeast Regional territory, which covers markets in St. Louis, Tennessee, Wisconsin, and Northern Virginia. Previously the Chief Commercial Banking Officer at United Community Bank, she brings two decades of expertise in commercial banking strategy and risk management. These executive hires follow the bank's recent agreement to acquire 138 branches, a move designed to integrate local relationship-based banking with the broader resources of a top 20 U.S. financial institution.
