Keith Cross Joins Atlantic Coast Mortgage to Drive Builder Relations
After more than a decade steering sales and operations at Beazer Homes, Keith Cross is moving to Atlantic Coast Mortgage as the company’s new Senior Vice President of Builder Relations. His appointment signals a strategic push by the Fairfax-based lender to deepen its footprint within the residential construction market.
Since its founding in 2011, ACM has grown to operate 46 branches across the Mid-Atlantic, Southeast, and Midwest, currently holding licenses in 42 states. Cross’s transition follows a long tenure at Beazer Homes, where he managed high-performing teams and oversaw the lifecycle of new-home developments. He stated that he intends to use the firm's existing platform to deliver expanded value throughout the homebuilding sector.
