Zywave Launches Horizon Series to Navigate Insurance Industry Shifts

The inaugural event kicks off with the Digital Distribution Conference on September 9 at Convene 360 Madison Avenue, followed by the newly introduced AI Exchange on September 10 at 601 Lexington Avenue. By unifying previously separate conferences like the Cyber Risk Awards and various sectoral forums, Zywave intends to foster collaboration across the entire insurance ecosystem, including carriers, brokers, and MGAs.

Jeff Cohen, Senior Vice President of Industry Relations, noted that the series seeks to address the industry's most pressing challenges by facilitating grounded, practical discussions. The AI Exchange, a core component of this new strategy, will specifically highlight real-world applications of agentic AI. Rather than focusing on theoretical potential, the session features panels where practitioners share firsthand experiences regarding what is currently effective in underwriting and distribution.

Keynote speaker Tom Gillingham, President of Commercial Risk at NFP, is slated to discuss strategies for expanding premium potential in underserved markets.
