Fresenius Medical Care Appoints Cassie McLean to Management Board
The Supervisory Board of Fresenius Medical Care has named Cassie McLean as the new CEO of its Care Delivery segment, effective August 1, 2026. McLean, who previously led Fresenius Kidney Care, joins the company's management board to oversee the global clinic business and drive the firm's ongoing performance strategy.

Prior to her tenure at Fresenius, McLean served as CEO of the behavioral health firm Monte Nido and spent nearly 16 years at DaVita Kidney Care in various leadership capacities. Her background includes a Master of Public Administration in Healthcare Finance from New York University. In her new capacity, McLean will lead the execution of the FME Reignite strategy, with a primary focus on improving treatment growth and ensuring sustainable profitability across the firm’s international care delivery operations.
