Blackwatch International Secures $62.3 Million USPTO IT Contract
McLean-based Blackwatch International has landed a five-year, $62.3 million contract to manage end-user support operations for the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. The agreement deepens the firm's role in maintaining the agency's enterprise infrastructure, including desktop services, telework support, and the management of workstation lifecycles across the country.
Lee Tanner, Senior Vice President of Strategic Growth, noted that the work focuses on enabling the agency to sustain America’s innovation economy through modern, resilient technology. Blackwatch, a small business with federal sector experience, maintains several industry certifications, including CMMI Level 3 and ISO/IEC 27001, to meet the security requirements of federal civilian and defense clients.
