Lindsey Brown, a veteran of Zello and AlertMedia, has joined Austin-based LeanDNA as Vice President of Customer Success, spearheading a strategic reorganization of the company's client-facing operations. Daniel Taylor, a twelve-year veteran of the company and a 2025 "Pros to Know" honoree, will now lead the unified Solutions & Services department. By consolidating professional services, customer education, and solution architecture under one umbrella, Taylor aims to shorten time-to-value for the platform’s enterprise users.
