Investors Face September Deadline in Microvast Securities Lawsuit

Shareholders who purchased Microvast Holdings stock between April 1, 2025, and March 16, 2026, have until September 21, 2026, to apply for lead plaintiff status in a pending class action. The litigation follows a 34.2% drop in share price triggered by concerns over financial leadership and business transparency.

Investors Face September Deadline in Microvast Securities Lawsuit

The lawsuit, filed in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas, centers on allegations that Microvast misled investors regarding its profitability, manufacturing timelines, and internal governance. The complaint highlights a period of significant turnover within the company's finance department, which saw four different leaders in three years. Plaintiffs argue this instability compromised the accuracy of public disclosures concerning margin targets and expansion projects.

Beyond leadership volatility, the action incorporates claims from a 2025 report by Grizzly Research, which accused the battery manufacturer of inflating business capabilities and misrepresenting activity at its Huzhou facility. Following these disclosures and subsequent reports of inventory impairment, Microvast shares fell to $1.52 on March 17, 2026. Investors seeking to participate in the recovery process can contact attorney Joseph E. Levi to review their eligibility.
