The event, running from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., serves as both a grand reopening and a community milestone. Dealer Principal Mark Kite noted that the project is less about physical infrastructure and more about honoring the generations of riders who have sustained the dealership since 1976. Sun Harley-Davidson Marks Half-Century Milestone in Denver
Fifty years after opening its doors, Colorado’s original Harley-Davidson dealership is marking its golden anniversary with a major facility overhaul. The 8858 Pearl Street location will host a public celebration on August 22, 2026, showcasing a newly renovated showroom designed to anchor the brand's next half-century of regional operations.

Beyond the anniversary festivities, the dealership is running a month-long promotion dubbed Bash Cash, offering up to $5,000 in savings on select pre-owned motorcycles. The August 22 celebration itself will feature a variety of entertainment, including live music from The Rick Lewis Project, food trucks, and a contest where attendees can roll dice for a chance to win a 2026 Street Glide. The first 50 visitors are slated to receive commemorative anniversary T-shirts as part of the milestone event.
