Net investment income reached $90.3 million, or $0.97 per share, for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. This performance allowed the company to declare a regular monthly dividend of $0.265 per share for the third quarter, alongside a supplemental dividend of $0.30 per share payable in September. This marks the company's twentieth consecutive quarterly supplemental payout.

Chief Executive Officer Dwayne L. Hyzak pointed to the successful exit of Centre Technologies Holdings, LLC—which generated a 40.1% internal rate of return on equity—as a primary driver of the quarter’s success. The firm also bolstered its liquidity, expanding its corporate credit facility to $1.24 billion and issuing $150 million in notes due 2031. As of mid-year, the company reported a net asset value of $33.92 per share, reflecting a 1.4% increase over the first quarter of 2026.
