The dividend is slated for distribution on or about September 3, 2026, to shareholders of record by the close of business on August 20. Trading on an ex-dividend basis will also commence on August 20. The company noted that this payout qualifies as an eligible dividend for Canadian income tax purposes, though the board maintains full discretion over the timing and amounts of future distributions.

Management also updated guidelines for its Dividend Reinvestment Plan, which remains optional for investors. For this specific quarter, the company will issue common shares from its treasury at the average market price without an additional discount. Shareholders looking to participate via the DRIP can access enrollment documentation through the company’s investor portal or by contacting their respective financial intermediaries.
