First Horizon Earns Spot on Memphis Best Places to Work List
Employees at First Horizon have secured the bank a place on the Memphis Business Journal’s annual list of top workplaces. The designation, which highlights large companies in the region, marks the fifth time the financial institution has been recognized for its internal culture and professional environment.

Tanya Hart, the company’s Chief Human Resources Officer, attributed the achievement to the collective efforts of the workforce. She emphasized that maintaining a people-first environment remains the bank's primary objective for supporting both client needs and community development. The final rankings for the 2026 program will be announced during an event at the Memphis Sports and Events Center on September 15, 2026.
