NESR Reports Strong Second Quarter Growth Amid Regional Conflict

The company’s net income climbed to $44.0 million, nearly tripling from the same period last year, driven by heightened activity in hydraulic fracturing, well testing, and wireline logging. Adjusted EBITDA reached $106.2 million, marking a 50.5% improvement over the prior year. CFO Stefan Angeli attributed the performance to disciplined execution and significant operating leverage, noting that the firm generated nearly $95 million in free cash flow during the first half of the year.

NESR’s balance sheet also strengthened as the company reduced its net debt to $99.6 million, down from $185.3 million at the end of 2025. CEO Sherif Foda stated that the firm’s ability to maintain its operational footprint despite geopolitical friction underscores the resilience of its platform. The company continues to execute on recently awarded contracts, positioning itself as a primary service provider in the region.
