College H.U.N.K.S. Targets Phoenix for Franchise Expansion

The brand, which currently operates in Chandler and Queen Creek, identified Phoenix as one of 15 priority markets for 2026. This push aligns with a broader national strategy that includes targeted growth in Las Vegas, Salt Lake City, and Indianapolis. According to Eric Osborne, Director of Franchise Development, the company has overhauled its support systems and sales processes this year to ensure new operators can scale operations rapidly upon launch.

Prospective partners are expected to manage teams while maintaining the brand's core values, which emphasize professional service and community engagement. The franchise model combines junk removal, moving, and donation pickups into a single service territory, supported by a proprietary tech-enabled booking platform. Founded in 2003, the company currently maintains over 150 locations and more than 370 committed territories across North America, holding a spot on the 2026 Entrepreneur Franchise 500 list.
